Winter has befallen the land and I am afraid it has settled in your heart as well. Am I to go unrecognized for much longer? Will you continue to walk past me and deny my face?

Your body is tired and your heart at a loss for you have tried to run the race alone. Fear has proceeded every step you take causing uncertainty to settle in. You are wrapped in insecurity. You have chosen a path that pulls you away from me and because of this you embrace a long hard walk.

Winter will soon end and spring will come forth. I do hope you will hear my call and follow as well. However, if your will is to remain in winter there is nothing more I can do but grieve for a child who has chosen to leave home and patiently wait in hope for the day you might return.

Much love,

Christ
